Back to Chennai, today was the enrollment day for the semester. There were no classes today. I did the enrollment formalities in the morning and had that Balajee Bhawan dosai I had been craving for, for over a month now.

I didn't one but rather two of these. Yes, looking at me, you may think how can he have such an appetite but I *can* eat a lot. Anyway, after my breakfast, I joined back my on-campus internship at Centre for Applied Research in Education (CARE). I met Prof. Dr. Rajeev Sukamaran and Prof. Dr. Christhuraj MR. We exchanged new year wishes and I started with my work.
After some time, Christhu sir asked me that I look very tired and therefore he recommended me to go home and take rest. I told him that I am not tired but he insisted so I went back home. I had a fruitful conversation with Geetartho and then took an afternoon siesta. I was woken up by Pranjali's phone call. My phone's battery died within a minute and the conversation couldn't go further.
On the topic of Pranjali, our friendship has grown closer over the past few weeks. She gave me the title of "Lieutenant" today and made me her close confidant. I am very honored, is all I can say. Although, I personally liked the other nickname she had given - "Mozzi". It is short version for mozzarella because my texts are cute and "cheesy". Late in the evening, while chatting with Aditya Gehlot, I decided that I can no longer hide it from him that I met his ex and now my friend, Pranjali, when I was in Mumbai and in fact, spent a day with her. Pranjali suggested me not to do it but I had to tell him eventually. He was, of course, very upset but Adi being Adi, he didn't say that immediately but I could feel by the manner of his texts. I was, obviously, disturbed by the course of events but that late night phone call by PS changed my mood for good.
Cheers,
S
